Beginning ~ haiku

Beginning

prompt # 24

For every new day

we are offered the choice

of a new beginning

The middle line is 1 syllable short. Can anyone come up with a different 7 syllable line?

This haiku was written for Haiku Heights

Love the idea of choosing a new beginning! Sometimes that is the case! New beginnings are not just all about circumstance!
